I loved the location! So many restaurants and bars nearby. Felix was super helpful with everything, from restaurant recommendations to arranging airport transport - a lifesaver! The little cafe right downstairs was perfect for a quick breakfast. A wonderful stay!

The apartment was fantastic! It was so much better than the photos suggested. Really spacious, each bedroom has its own bathroom. The building has an elevator, which was a huge plus. The location was a bit far from the center and the Colosseum, but the neighbourhood was really calm and quiet - I really appreciated this.

My husband and I had a wonderful three-night stay! The location was unbeatable - we could even see the Colosseum from our window! The daily housekeeping was a good surprise, and Federico, our host, was incredibly helpful with arranging transport. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was a little too sweet for our taste, but we easily found great cafes nearby.

Three of us stayed here for three nights. The location was great for exploring ancient Rome. The breakfast was a bit too sweet, but it was there! We really enjoyed our trip overall. The apartment was very safe and clean. I'd happily stay here again.
